RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
At Birch’s we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not altogether happy, you may return the product to us within 14 days of purchase and we will either repair or replace it subject to the terms below.
1. UNWANTED GOODS
You may return any unwanted goods provided that they are undamaged and unused, with the original labels still attached. Goods must be in their original packaging which must also be undamaged and in its original condition. Birch’s is entitled to reject a return claim if the product is returned damaged, missing any of its components or not in a re-saleable condition.
Stock Items - Products may be exchanged provided that it is a stock item and is the same price as the original product purchased.
Bespoke Goods - Garments specifically made to order cannot be exchanged for a different size but can be exchanged or returned if defective.
2. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
A defect is regarded as a material flaw in the manufacture of a product or any characteristic of a product, which makes the product less acceptable than one would reasonably expect in the circumstances.
The following will not be regarded as defects:
- Damage resulting from normal wear and tear.
- Damage from negligence, abuse or incorrect usage of the product.
- Damage resulting from a failure to adequately care for the product.
- Damage resulting from unauthorised alterations to the product.
