ORDERS AND SHIPPING

HOW TO ORDER:

ADD ITEMS TO YOUR CART:

1. Find the product or products you wish to purchase.
2. For Single Product Purchases
   1. On the Product page
   2. Select the appropriate option for the product from the drop-down lists
   3. Choose the quantity you would like to purchase
   4. Click Add to Cart
   5. In the Pop-up window that appears select Checkout to proceed to checkout.
3. For Multiple Product Purchases
   1. On the product page
   2. Select the appropriate option for the product from the drop-down lists
   3. Choose the quantity you would like to purchase
   4. Click Add to Cart
   5. In the Pop-up window that appears select Continue Shopping
   6. Repeat these steps for each product you wish to add.
   7. Once you have everything you need click on the Cart Icon at the top of the screen and proceed to checkout.

THE CHECKOUT PROCESSES

STEP 1: LOGIN OR REGISTER AN ACCOUNT.

If you have already registered an account you can simply enter your login details and skip to Step 2

1. Register an Account
   1. Click register a new account
   2. Select Personal if it is a personal purchase
   3. Or Business if you are purchasing on behalf of your business, Institution, Organization or if you wish to order in bulk.
   4. Fill in the required info and click register
   5. A notice will appear that you are registered, and you should be logged in automatically.
   6. Reselect the Cart Icon at the top of the screen and click Checkout again which will let you continue the checkout process.

STEP 2: CHECKOUT

Once you have logged in or completed your registration you will see the Checkout page. Simply follow the onscreen prompts and:

1. Add a Shipping Address
   1. Add a New Shipping Address using the green button
      1. or select one you have previously saved
   2. Continue to next Shipping Options Page
2. Select your Shipping Option
   1. South African Customers Select
      
      1. 3 - 5 Working Days Delivery
   2. International Customers Select
      1. International Shipping – TBC
   3. Proceed to Payment Options Page
3. Select your Payment Option
   1. South African Customers Select Either:
      1. EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer)
      2. Payfast (Pay with debit or credit card. Payfast is a leading South African payment gateway that offers excellent security and peace of mind while paying for items online.)
   2. International Customers Select
      1. International Clients.
4. Check your details and the click Confirm and Order
   1. South African Customers
      1. For EFT’s
         • You will need to email (orders@birchs.co.za) through your proof of payment before your order is confirmed
      2. For Payfast (to pay with debit or credit card)
         • You will be taken to a secure online payment platform
         • Enter your payment details
         • You will be redirected back to our site on successful payment and your order will be confirmed.
   2. International Customers
      1. The price, shipping and payment options will be calculated on receipt of order and communicated with you via email for confirmation
5. Checkout Process is now complete, and we will start processing your order.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

LOCAL ORDERS

1. Once your order and payment confirmation have been received, we will process your order and get it ready for shipping.
2. You will receive an email confirming the completion and despatch date.
3. Our team will notify you via email as soon as your order is with our courier Globeflight.
4. We will include a tracking number in the email so that you are able to track your order via the Globeflight website
5. Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

1. Once your order with all the relevant details, including delivery address has been received, we will send you a final quote which will include shipping.
2. You will receive an email confirming the completion and despatch date.
3. Our team will notify you via email as soon as your order is with the courier
4. We will include a tracking number in the email so that you are able to track your order
